The John Lynch Foundation is currently accepting applications for both the Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships and the Exceptional Star of the Year Awards in Denver.

Lynch Family Legacy Scholarships - Four $10,000 Scholarships will be awarded
In 1998 John and Linda Lynch established the Lynch Family Legacy
Scholarships to benefit student-athletes. Through the scholarship
program, the Lynch family provides financial assistance for high school
senior student-athletes in the Tampa Bay and Denver areas to apply
towards tuition at the college of their choice.
Scholarship
applicants are chosen based on their academic performance, athletic
accomplishments and community involvement. They also must submit an
essay and 3 letters of recommendation. Financial need is also
considered. To date, more than $500,000 has been awarded to
student-athletes through these scholarships.
Exceptional Star of the Year Award - Four $5,000 Awards will be presented
The John Lynch Foundation Exceptional Star of the Year award, presented by the Anna and John J. Sie Foundation, is given out to Denver area middle school or high school exceptional student-athletes based on their participation in athletics, academics and in community involvement.
*Finalists will be invited to attend John Lynch Salute the Stars awards luncheon at Sports Authority Field where the awards will be presented.
