Star of the Month
The Star of the Month program recognizes Denver area middle and high school student-athletes for their accomplishments in academics, athletics and community involvement. Each month 8 winners are chosen by a selection committee and are invited to attend an awards ceremony at the Denver Broncos training facility in Dove Valley, where they personally meet John Lynch, receive their award, media recognition, and a behind the scenes tour of the facility.
Teachers, coaches, athletic directors or other school administrators can nominate one male and one female for the award each month through the JLF website (see link below). The 2012-2013 monthly deadlines are as follows:

The JLF has teamed up with the popular Colorado restaurant, Tokyo Joe's to offer and exciting incentive for teachers who participate in the Star of the Month program: EVERY teacher who nominates a winning student-athlete, will receive free lunch for themselves and ALL of their coworkers! This is our way of saying THANK YOU for going above and beyond for your students.
